NH Research's 9510-500 Regenerative Grid Simulator is a high-power, multifunctional testing solution intended for grid-tied applications. It offers versatile testing capabilities for both AC and DC systems, with an operational capability of up to 500kW or 1181kVA. It is appropriate for a range of power settings since it enables several configurations, such as independent channel modes or 3-phase AC outputs. Regenerative testing is made possible by the NHR 9510-500's ability to function as both a sink and a power supply when in 4-quadrant mode. It also has an integrated power amplifier mode, which is perfect for Power Hardware-in-the-Loop (PHIL) applications and improves research lab and product development settings' testing capacities.
With the ability to simulate common power disturbances like low voltage ride through (LVRT) patterns, this simulator is specifically built for accurate grid modeling and verification.
